Ygdrassil consist here of Linde Nijland, Annemarieke Coenders and Bert Ridderbos. Linde started performing and recording at a young age with harmony singing duo Ygdrassil. Annemarieke Coenders is a Dutch singer-songwriter from Groningen. Following Ygdrassil’s demise in 2008 she has been active as solo singer. They performed at big festivals like Noorderslag, Lowlands, Folkwoods and Oerol. Ygdrassil recorded 5 albums and one DVD and are still loved for their unrivalled harmony singing.Ygdrassil is the name of the world dragon from Norse mythology.
